The platform
What you get when you partner with Qwyk
Everything you need to offer Business Central yourself, without building a Business Central practice.
01
The onboarding portal
A guided, automated process that pulls your client's data out of Xero, Sage or QuickBooks, maps and cleans it, and loads it into a pre-configured Business Central environment. Test the whole thing in a sandbox before it touches production.
02
A licensing route
Transact the Business Central licences yourself, or have Qwyk transact them for you. Either way the recurring licence revenue stays in your model.
03
A support layer
Ticketing, change requests and a knowledge base. Run support yourself, or escalate to Qwyk when a client needs more than first-line.
You onboard, Qwyk onboards, or your client self-serves through the portal. Most partners run it themselves and lean on Qwyk where a deal needs it. The model flexes to each client.
Before you commit
What you're probably weighing up
If you're considering adding Business Central this way, a few questions tend to come first. Here is where we stand on each.
We're not Business Central specialists.
You don't need to be. Qwyk gives you the portal and a repeatable onboarding process, so you can move a client onto Business Central without a BC team in-house. Sales material and demo support are there if you want them, and you can lean on Qwyk for deployment or technical escalation on the deals that need it.
Our team isn't trained on finance configuration.
The portal handles the heavy lifting. It extracts, maps and cleans the data and pre-configures Business Central from finance-first templates. Where a deployment needs specialist hands, you can outsource that part to Qwyk rather than build the skill in-house.
Will we lose control of the client?
No. The relationship stays yours. Qwyk sits in the background, white-labelled if you want it, and we never approach your clients independently.
What if a deal needs more than we can handle?
That's what the options are for. Outsource a deployment to Qwyk, escalate a technical issue, or have Qwyk run support on your behalf, so a gap in your team never means turning the client away.
How it works
What offering Business Central with Qwyk looks like
From spotting a client who has outgrown their accounting system to taking them live on Business Central, with you in the lead.
You spot the trigger
A client mentions multiple entities, stock that won't reconcile, a slow month-end, or simply that Xero can't keep up. That's the signal.
You start the onboarding
Register the client in the Qwyk portal and connect their accounting system. White-label it so the client sees your brand, not ours.
The portal does the heavy lifting
Qwyk extracts, maps and cleans the data and pre-configures Business Central from finance-first templates. You review and sign off in a guided wizard, or hand the deployment to Qwyk if you'd rather.
You take the client live
Run a sandbox test, set a go-live date, and submit. A full reconciliation report confirms the data matches the source before anyone relies on it.
Support continues inside BC
Tickets and change requests run through the portal and natively inside the client's Business Central. You handle first-line, or escalate to Qwyk. The client stays with you.
Why Qwyk
Why partners build this with us
Business Central you can offer under your own name.
Built by people who know BC
Qwyk is built by people who deliver Business Central, so the portal reflects how implementations actually run, not a generic migration tool.
Native to Business Central
Onboarding, support and change requests run inside BC through Qwyk's extensions, not as a separate system your client has to learn.
Your brand, start to finish
White-label the whole experience or co-brand it. However you introduce Qwyk, the client relationship stays yours.
You choose your involvement
Onboard clients yourself, outsource a deployment, run support or escalate it. The model flexes to your team and to each deal.
Questions
MSP questions, answered
No. Plenty of the MSPs this is built for hold M365 and licensing relationships but have never delivered Business Central. That gap is exactly what Qwyk fills.
No. The portal handles the technical migration and pre-configures BC from finance-first templates. For anything beyond that, you can outsource a deployment or escalate support to Qwyk.
You. The relationship and the account stay yours throughout. Qwyk works in the background, white-labelled if you want it.
The portal moves a client's data into a working Business Central environment in minutes rather than days. Full go-live depends on the client's complexity, but it's a fraction of a traditional implementation.
That can sit with you or with Qwyk, depending on how you want the commercials to work. We'll walk through the options on the demo.
Yes. Qwyk can stay entirely behind your brand, or appear as a named delivery partner. Your call.
